The management was beyond apologetic and rectified the situation in a timely manner and did everything possible to make it up to us.The cottage was very clean and well stocked. Overall, we had a terrific time at the house. There are a few things that really need addressing before you would reach an excellent rating. The outside of the building facing the lake is in a terrible state, it needs a complete freshening up including repairs to the deck surface. A proper and safer ...
