«Easily the worst overnight stay I have encountered anywhere in my travels. We had no working water heater the first 24 hours so none of us could shower. The floors were sticky. We killed two sizeable spiders in the unit. The whole place smelled like chemicals but I couldn’t quite place what they were. Every shower had mold and mildew (and gross amounts of caulking) and mine included a sliver of dried bar soap complete with black speck inside the soap dish. The pillows were the kind you might ...

«We had a great time in Kinvarra! Proximity to the Aran Islands, Cliffs of Mohr, etc. was great and we enjoyed the local pubs and music. The accommodations were great, clean and well stocked. We were a little put off by the amount of traffic and related noise, at times it was hard to even cross the street and the bedrooms that faced the road were noisy. Toni was very responsive and gave us lots of information on things to do and see. Overall we enjoyed the town and had a great time.»

«Generously appointed, spacious and modern. I wouldn't hesitate to book Seamist for a longer time than the few nights we stayed. It was so difficult to move on - sunsets over the ocean, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings for long conversations, and a picturesque castle tower nearby. Nearby are so many engaging activities - the Cliffs, Aran Islands, hiking, biking, swimming, Doolin, Lisdoonvarna. Fantastic beds, lovely bedding and linens. Ray is a great host--check in was a breeze and the location of the house is terrific-- close to town, but quiet--with great access to Bishop's Quarter--a lovely strand for walking- The view from the house couldn't be prettier.
