Hammock Haven - Key West style beach house with pool

Delight in the great indoor/outdoor living of this lovely walk to the beach home with a private pool.
House is situated on peaceful Lemon Ave which is about half a mile walk to beach.
Key West style home and all living areas and bedrooms are up a set of stairs into the home.
Multiple French doors off the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom open up onto the screened-in deck where you get a feel of being surrounded by nature having privacy and trees around.
The living room is comfortably furnished with sofa and chairs with a flat-screen TV.
Open plan kitchen and dining area off the living room. Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator.
There is dining area with table and chairs.
The master bedroom is off the living room and has a king-size bed and its own large shower room with double vanity and wc.
The guest bedrooms are off the kitchen, one is a queen bed and twins in the other. There is a further guest shower room with a vanity and WC.
Also, in the hallway there is office area with desk and chairs - great workspace if you need to work while on vacation!
Laundry room with washer and dryer.
The doors all open onto the deck where there are several different sitting areas, one with outdoor table and chairs, and a hammock all to relax and overlook the trees and the swimming pool which is at the rear.
The swimming pool, which can be electrically heated is reached by going down the back stairs and is open - great for sunbathing, but is fenced for safety.
Downstairs there is also another outdoor dining area and a couple more hammocks to relax in the sun.
A short walk along the lane which brings you to Manasota Beach.
Shopping and restaurants in Venice are about 5/10 minutes in the car.
