«Rented for three nights in December. Pre-communication was not as expected. We had to contact the host to receive an email for the “unlock code” and the wifi. Arrived at dusk and saw a MasterLock keybox on the side of the wall but could not unlock the box to get the keys. Call to the host rolled to voicemail with a full mailbox. «The weekend I stayed here, they were supposed to have 6-12 inches of snow. The host gave us the option to reschedule thinking about our safety. Knowing friends booked traveling plans from out of state, we decided to keep the reservation and just stay inside. The host was VERY accomodating. We didn't ask for anything because they had everything stocked and clearly listed the allotment of certain things on the reservation so we came prepared with extra dishwasher pods, trash bags, towels, etc. ...
