Great little home. Bedding and beds were very comfortable. No a/c, but ceilings fans and upright fan in front room helped a lot. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed a great stay! The home was well stocked and equipped with kitchen items, and a pleasant backyard sitting area with a large gas grill. It was close to groceries and the beach.

This property has everything dialed in - the host is responsive, the location is perfect and the property is "just right". It is well maintained, well stocked, clean and very functional. I hope that with every return trip I make, this proerty is available for me to rent (which means I don't want to rave too much or everyone else wil be rentig it - haha). Perfect trip thanks to this property.

What a pleasurable experience we had at this quaint, charming, family neighborhood home. Everything was perfect for our family of four adults and one small child. Owners provided a well-stocked kitchen and bathroom, which included plenty of quality products. The beds and pillows made for a comfortable nights sleep and the outdoor spaces were lovely and relaxing. Great location for access to beaches, food, and activities. We love Encinitas. My only wish was we were staying longer to enjoy this space.

Cute Encinitas Escape

Cute house and property. Enjoyed our stay. Backyard is adorable! Had many meals outside. The Kuerig coffee was great and extremely appreciated. Location was perfect. Close to the beach, the 101 shopping and restaurants and nearby trail to amazing sunrise views!

Such a cute comfortable place and the host is like a valet. Everything we needed was right there in abundance. If we had questions, Chris responded with in minutes. We had a very well accommodated experience. Highly recommend!

Loved this place. Chris was a great host, quick to respond and took good care of us. A blender would be a nice addition and some service on the refrigerator compressor would eliminate the only noise that was a bit of a bother. We would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was great

My family and I were in town for my college graduation, and our stay was great! Property was clean, and well prepared with any tools/ utensils/ house products/ etc that you may need. They even decorated the dining room since I told them I was graduating. Clear and fast communication with the host regarding anything.
