«We had 8 adults and 5 children in our group for 3 nights here for a memorable Hawkeye football family weekend. It's older, eclectic and minimalist (kind of a frat house vibe) and could definitely use some TLC. As a previous reviewer mentioned, the driveway is quite steep so we were glad it wasn't icy.
