«Beautiful, safe property perfectly located within walking distance to Playa Penca. All amenities were well kept and available to use. Our host was wonderful, and even informed us of howler monkeys across the street from the property for our son to see. Very clean and well kept. We took coffee on the screened in back porch daily and listened to the howler monkeys, ocean waves and bird songs. Would recommend to anyone we know traveling in the area. «If I was to build a vacation home for myself, it would be exactly this. It is comfortable, tastefully decorated, and convenient to local attractions. The parking area is uncovered but inside the locked gate, so very secure; it was a snug fit, but with practice I was able to park my compact SUV with ease. «Beautiful home. Very modern and spotless with all amenities you can ask for, including everything you need for cooking your own meals, laundry facilities, free wifii and aircon. The pool was lovely, well maintained and perfect for cooling off in the heat. Also had a nice outdoor patio as well as a balcony off the master bedroom.
