«Couch was dusty and made everyones allergies act up but everything else seemed clean. Had everything you would need for a weekend stay»

«Only 1 small criticism: the ceiling can lighting in main living / dining/ kitchen is FAR too bright or if off, is way too dull. No way to turn some of them down or have a dimmer switch option. This would help.»

«Lovely, clean and spacious home with excellent access to Berkeley coffee shops and restaurants. Comfortable and relaxing space. Perfect for our stay!»

Thanks again for hosting us!»

The AC/Heating worked smoothly and the neighborhood was peaceful. It was also walking distance to a coffee shop and a convenience store!»

Extremely accommodating, excellent communication, and was very quick to respond and answer all of our questions clearly. The property is beautiful and extremely spacious. We were able to take advantage of the hot tub in the backyard as well ...
