«The best location with all the beach supplies you could need. There’s a washer and dryer and a dishwasher! A nice screened in porch and pretty big backyard. You are SO close to the beach and sandbar restaurant. Would highly recommend this place. Great communication and flexibility. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you!! »

«My friend and I, to celebrate Mother's Day without kids, spend 4 days at this delightful cottage on Anna Maria Island. I have only glowing reports regarding the location and the hosts. This cute and old-fashioned cottage sits in a great location and is in walking distance to shops, the Anna Maria Pier, restaurants and especially, the beach! «Terrific location and a unique experience. The first thing you will notice are the views of the Gulf from your living room and kitchen. It is just outside your door. And the warm water and white sand beaches are right in front of you. The unit is clean and has everything you need for a beach getaway (comfy bed, full kitchen, drive up carport right outside). Great communication with owner and easy checkin. Neighbors were close by but quiet and seemed friendly.»

«My husband and I rented this unit for our 30th wedding anniversary and we cannot be happier with our decision! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, or to the free trolley bus stop…no need to move the car if you don’t want to. The apartment was perfectly clean and beautifully decorated. My only recommendation is that the mattress needs to be changed and the coffee maker requires Keurig coffee cups and the ones left at the apartment, were from a different brand so we couldn’t ...

It’s very clean, is well maintained, has beautiful grounds, is only steps to the beach, is centrally located, has a grocery within walking distance…. Too many good things to list. «Amazing stay for Spring break 2024. Your cottage was absolutely perfect and we had an amazing time exploring all of beautiful AMI. Loved watching the sunset from the rooftop and having our morning coffee on the back deck. Boys loved the outdoor shower and everything about your cottage was perfect! We can’t wait to come back! «The house is great, with the ease of having a pool and the beach being only 2 blocks away. This was our first time visiting Anna Maria. We have been finding other options the last couple years since we used to go to Captiva and that was destroyed in the hurricane almost 2 years ago.
