«We had our family at the house over the Thanksgiving holiday. That’s 6 adults and 3 kids ages 11 (boy) and girls (both 8). The house sleeps 8 comfortably but our grandson opted for an inflatable mattress instead of the fold out downstairs. The house could use some curtains or blinds in the upstairs living area. There is lots of glass and the sun can be blinding. But overall, the house is comfortable, orderly and everything works. The host was very responsive. »

«The cottage was very comfortable and well stocked. It was spacious for being a small cottage. The location was good, walking distance to coffee and restaurant. Parking was easy. The only issue we found with location is that there are 2 restaurant/bars in very close proximity. If you are into this, you are golden. But they are very very loud. I booked through Expedia, not VRBO, and had disconnects with the host. «We stayed for a week in the smaller of the 2 dwellings and it was perfectly sized. The enclosed yard provided both sun and shade for our dogs. The amenities were all very nice - from the well stocked kitchen to the bathrooms, to the garage. The old town area of Arroyo Grande was quaint, but we spent most of our time at Avila Beach and SLO.Highly recommend. We will definitely return!»
