My main reason for giving a low score is that there was no wi-fi in my room - very frustrating for me as a foreigner since mobile data is forbiddingly expensive as an alternative. «Needed a place to sleep for a few nights in July while in town visiting my sister and came across the Nocturne Motel. Enjoyed my stay there - if you're looking for an affordable, clean and comfortable place to stay would highly recommend. AC ran cold to keep the room comfortable for sleeping. «Absolutely disgusting! I would rather sleep on the street! The online pictures looked okay. But in person is appalling. I went through Expedia and had them ask for a refund. The owners said no to the refund of 7 days I had booked. I'm out $400. They don't even try to make this place look nice. There are not even towels. If this is your last option. «I killed 4 roaches in my room during my stay. The staff were very nice, but the property is run down. My kitchen area was a formica table and chairs, and microwave sitting atop a mini fridge. No sink! Also, I found a piece of broken glass beside my bed. I’m just thankful that I didn’t cut my foot!!! It was I could find at the time, but never again.»

Photos on the website looks appealing, with seaview and light rooms. The reality is different. We first had to kill 3 small beetles/roaches in the kitchen, and a bigger roach in the shower.
