This place is so run down, neglected, and outdated that giving it 0 stars feels generous. It's only saving grace was the guy working the front desk during the day. There wasn't a single thing that wasn't in disrepair or straight up not functional both in the room and on the property.
non-functional elevator, stairwells that wouldn't meet modern width and height regulations plus broken
tiles and mostly missing anti-slip traction grips in an area with near constant high humidity, floppy door handle (loose in the door) that was locked with a standard, basic
physical key (I've literally seen better locks on a home residence bathroom door), deadbolt was just the lever without an actual deadbolt in the door, no chain or other interior door security, peephole in door was simply a hole full of condensation, most of the electrical outlets didn't work, ceiling fan didn't work, bathroom fan didn't work, smoke alarm didn't work, TV remote missing, TV was smaller than most computer monitors, missing flooring, rusty bathroom mirror, rusty & broken sink, cracked and broken bathtub tiles, toilet had little flushing force, bathtub was over ankle deep during a 3 minute
shower due to slow drain, more water coming out of tub fill faucet than shower during shower, no drain plug/stopper for sink, bath towels were barely 36" long, balcony sliding door was barely functional and the "lock" was a piece of wood in the door frame, beach access gate lock broken, beach access stairs sit at a crazy angle
