«I checked in during their normal published office hours, but there was nobody onsite. It was a public holiday in Sydney, so perhaps that was why. I had to ring the emergency number to get the key code, but they answered quickly and i was inside within 5 minutes. Property was great, nice and clean, spacious and comfortable. It can be a little noisy if you are at the front of the property becuase there is a restaurant/cafe downstairs, but is generally fine if the window is closed. Overall very ...

«Nice hotel outside of the most touristy spot in Sydney. Lovely neighbourhood. Had some issues with the A/C first night, but staff were very attentive and immediately offered solutions. Very pleased! The room itself were big and well equipped. We did miss curtains (and bug screen) on my window, because it got really light. Also the A/C was placed directly over the bed, which isn't ideal. Beds were OKAY and firm, a tad bit too bouncy so could do with a mattress topper.

«On some web pages this is mentioned as a 5 star hotel. It most definitely is not in my opinion. For the price they are asking per night you can do much better.
General quality of the room, bathroom and the hotel in general was very poor. I could see some refurbishments were going on however, that did not help us.
2 out of 3 lifts didn't work and there was always a large queue. »
