While acknowledging Sydney prices, and over the Christmas period, at the price point (2k for 3 nights) amenities could have been better to be honest. While tidy enough, it needed a deep clean, the courtyard was a bit of a jungle, and the appliances need replacing (for e.g. TV didn’t really work whether terrestrial or trying to access apps through the attached dongle - not a smart TV). « great location however downstairs has definite damp musty smell , kitchen has no freezer for ice for drinks long life milk avail for tea coffee , no toaster but a sandwich press is available no oven , no stove top m/wave only really cant cook up a meal , just reheat was ok for our short stay , maybe not for those wishing to prepare own meals staying a little longer upstairs great beds, comfortable 3 bedrooms , 1 bathroom serviceable quiet good value , ...

«Excellent location & aircons throughout a bonus. Missed info of no WiFi sadly & that oven/ stovetop not available (remembered oven in photo) so since celiac this posed a challenge for local eats. Lovely owner(s) and location really splendid stay regardless cheers »
