I had no phone in my room. I have my own personal phone, but what if the unthinkable happened and I couldn’t use my phone and needed to call 911? Unacceptable . I checked in Wednesday night. I wasn’t there two hours when the most disturbing and loud noise started in the room above me. I called the front desk numerous times and no one answered. I walked to the front desk. No one was there.. on Thursday I called and complained again, as I was awakened by the noise again, but also it went on all day. Thursday night someone answered the front desk phone, and made a phone call or visited the room and the noise stopped for maybe 30 minutes and started it again. Friday during the day same disturbance, I complained. I also had to call back Friday night and complain again. Nothing was done about the noise. And, it was ridiculous. The only thing they offered was to move me to a different room. Said nothing about the people above me or moving them. On Friday afternoon, I walked up on a conversation. The female was having with the male who had just come on shift at 3 PM about my situation and I quote she said “well, she’s only been here two days”. Which tells me they don’t really care what goes on in the hotel and I’m afraid this problem is not going to be resolved. I have stayed many times at this hotel over the past 10 years, as it is the only one in the area. And since my last stay this year, there has been a complete turnover of staff for the worst. 0 out of 10. Terrible!
