«room was way too small,for the price, no table to seat down to eat,no water kitcheen, you have to use water in the bathroom zink,to make a cup of tea, very unsanitary,the dropp ceilling is too low, i keep knocking my head every time i need to go in bed,the bad is way too small for two persons, very bad experiance,i would never recomande,to nobody,terrible.»

«Owner needs to grasp that guests travel to JFK from long distances. They have a right to some communication and assurance that the apartment they have paid for will be accessible if their flight is delayed. Owner refused to answer questions & delayed making clear that he would be able to get the key to us until very last possible moment.
