«We had a wonderful stay at this lovely, remodeled home in a very quiet neighborhood. It is immaculate, comfortable, and well-stocked. We enjoyed dining at the clubhouse across the street. We were in Flagstaff to attend graduation ceremonies at NAU, and the location was perfect -- easy access to the university, restaurants, grocery stores, but far enough away from the action to make it a relaxing weekend. Easy parking in front of the home is a plus. We highly recommend it.»

«Quiet neighborhood in suburban Flagstaff. The house is very spacious, I mean well bigger than expected with 3 levels and 2 decks. The litchen is very well equipped. There were 7 of us and we never run out of dishes etc. 2 half baths are very conveniently located on the main and the lower level. The lower level has a bar, a space with a pool table, and a TV theater. The ouside is quiet and quite private. The owner was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. «Upon walking in we were pleasantly surprised with the layout of the house and such attention to detail. It was a little difficult to understand the flow of the house from the pictures, but it was great! The house even had those special Christmas touches! The rooms are all large and comfortable and the outside amenities (grill, hot tub, fire pit) were all clean and well cared for! It was perfect for our Friendsgiving celebration! We would definitely book this house again!»

«Easy & quick communication when I had a question, the house was clean and looked as pictured. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and the hi-speed internet was perfect for hubby to do some work while we 'vacationed'. It was a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, too. «Well maintained house with lots of room. We spent a week while hiking and mountain biking. It was a great location to unwind with amazing views in the evening (hot tub was a plus). The kitchen was stocked with plenty of essentials. The neighborhood was nice and quiet with a quick drive to downtown.»

«The house was as advertised and totally met our needs. We where busy all day, but it was nice to come back and cook. Driveway was steep, but more the enough room to turn around to pull out. The ice maker was broken, but a couple of bags of ice from the gas station fixed that.»

«Great location. Nice property. Host easy to work with. Disappointed master bedroom did not have an attached bathroom. TV in one bedroom not functional due to poor internet service. Poor internet, cuts in and out so main TV unable to watch successfully.»

«We loved "coming home" to this welcoming house after a day at the Grand Canyon or Sedona or Wapatki NM. There was space for the kids to play games while adults shared time together. And the casita was perfect for the family member who needed a quiet place to recover from all the family togetherness. It was easy to get to stores and to quickly get on the roads to the many places we wanted to visit. Also a great neighborhood to take walks in. We would definitely stay here again.»
