«The house was nice. The bathrooms were dirty and had dirt and long black hairs on the floor. There were no pillows in one of the bedrooms and there were no paper towels or bath mats.»

«I can’t get over how filthy the place was. Carpets old and dirty, showers were greasy and hair. I won’t even describe what was between the sheets. I gave the owner 24 hours to clean it and stayed at a hotel that cost twice what the rental costs. All we got were new sheets. Not even a vacuuming. Had to wear shoes because the floor was sticky. Every window covering was either broken or missing. He would not give me a refund because he already gave me a free night. I lost money because I had to go ...
