2. L U C K A Relaxation Room

«Roaches, room light works only with spinning fan, an electric wires sticking from the walls, outlets without covers. Extension cables all over. A barking dog in a 6x12ft place, barning next to window. Coffee wihout caps, but with cap covers. AC works, but noisy. Shower head shooting water outside the shower stall, requires a 45 deg knee to operate or a shower curtain. Microwave works. Checking in confused, four rooms and a lot of calls to get it settled. Handyman special.»

«The house was nice and clean, but the surrounding area was not what we expected based on the pictures. The check-in process could have also been better organized. We were asked to submit copies of our IDs at the last minute, while we were already on our way to the property. Receiving that request the day before would have made the process much less stressful. Other than that our stay was pleasant.»

«The furniture in the house is small, making the spaces look bigger than in the photos. The house and rooms are very small. The house is on a shared property with another house. That was never communicated in the listing or with check in instructions from the host. It made the check in process very confusing. There is an infestation of ants. We noticed them in the kitchen cupboards and then the bathrooms. Later we saw a huge line traveling from outside and entering through cracks in the stucco. ...
