"The hotel wasn’t in the best area. And the studio suite was partially renovated but was still off. There was a cook top but there was no usable pans or any silverware in the room. Not the best experience I have had. I will not ever stay at this hotel again."

"I had an issue with check in and the bathroom shower. At check in, my card was charged 3x’s and an unnecessary fee was added. We stayed in a loft room and when you took a shower, the tub was filling up like a bath at the same time. Price & location was good. Not sure if I’ll stay there in the ..."

"The walls where dirty as long as you went down to the counter they were very helpful. If you called them on the phone, you constantly get put on, hold. And it was very horrible experience i don't even know if I was talking to anyone. It was actually in the hotel it seemed like they were off sight. ..."

Jungle House Modern Lofts – Arena District & Short North
"Super clean, well decorated, has conveniences that are thoughtful in every Jungle House location, nice fluffy towels. This property was pretty run down, but compared to other places we've stayed in the area, it is really nice to have the amenities. Great location."

"The room was clean, cute, and everything was very nicely decorated and easy to find within the apartment. Check in using door keypad was troublesome; codes didn't work but staff was quickly responsive to the situation and very nice.
