«Cute duplex; Nice and clean; Felt safe in the gated area. Night shifter here so I sleep during the day and it got a little warm. The smell from the cleaning supplies was a little strong on the first day, but it was clean! The bed was comfy! A sound machine and portable fan where in the bedroom, which was an awesome touch. »

It was clean comfortable and relaxing I had stayed for Christmas and it was close to my family great geataway for some peace as we all know the holidays are exciting but overwhelming. «This is a lovely location near ballet Memphis, which was my destination and I was able to do the walk easily and safely. The home is simple and well decorated and kept clean. It is well equipped the towels and bed. Linens are nice and the shower is outstanding. I was quite comfortable and found everything in the kitchen I needed. I had a little bit of difficulty with the charging structure, but it was remedied quickly when I pointed out the problems. I will come back again.»

«Communication was terrible. First I was threatend they will cancel my stay although I was already on my way. Then they did not give me the codes to enter the rental. I had to make phone calls and waited for an hour to get in. Walking distance to midtown - well that would be a fitness program during the day. At night - there are no street lights for the first mile. Okay there are two dim lights to be accurate. »
