«This was an absolute gem of a property - it's even nicer than the photos. It's very open and airy, a lot of space for the 3 of us and our 2 dogs. The pups appreciated having the big open space to run and play outside - we brought a tether along and strapped it to a sturdy tree while they ran about. The view from out back at sunset is stellar, and the property is private while still being a short drive to some of the great spots to see in the area!»

«This house was comfy and cozy from the first moment I stepped inside. A group of six of us were in Cazenovia for a high school reunion, and it was perfect for us. We all had spacious bedrooms, and a kitchen that allowed us to all gather and snack around the center island. «This property was convenient for our purposes. We had some difficulty finding and turning on lights inside and the living room lights did not give us enough light to read. Many bulbs were burned out both on the porch string and in the kitchen. We like old houses, but for safety we felt the loose newel post on the stairway could be tightened and a grab bar in the bath/shower could be added. «This home on Lake DeRuyter was perfect for our extended family vacation. The house was equipped with all our needs. The owner was responsive with questions. The dock was perfect for fishing and swimming was great as weeds were well controlled. The property is dog friendly as well, which made this vacation even better. Will definitely stay again!»
