«Clean and cozy! We struggled with some of the "smart house" style features, but that was fun once we figured it out. A couple of the features didn't work. Owner was very responsive to questions and helpful. With cleaning fees and so forth it was pricey for the one night we stayed, a longer stay would balance that out.»

«The property was peaceful and serene. Everything we needed for a week stay was provided. We had a wonderful time picking blueberries, wine tasting, and hiking. The hot tub was so needed after hiking the Gorge Trail. The waterfalls were beautiful.»

«The house was as advertised and we felt incredibly at home. The home had everything and more to make for an enjoyable weekend. There was coffee beans to make ground coffee for the drip coffee machine and an nespresso machine if you wanted to try that out. There was plenty of firewood out back if you wanted to have a fire. The entire home was very clean and welcoming. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the hospitality!»

The cottage was comfortable, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a relaxing Finger Lakes escape. The beds, linens, and towels were soft and cozy. «This was a wonderful place to stay for the Romulus - Wine Country - dog shows. The hosts included thoughtful accommodations for our dogs including a dog bed, poop bags, treats, a water bowl and leash. It’s very nicely laid out to make a comfortable homey feeling. We really enjoyed the little outdoor porch and fire pit. And the coffee bar. The beds were extremely comfortable. All the furniture was. I would love to stay here again.»

«Beautiful lake front property with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Cool workout area with sauna that we only wish we had used more. Deck with nice view of Waneta Lake and easy access from house to dock for lake swimming and other water activities. A bit of a drive to nearest towns and most wineries and breweries but overall good location on smaller more accessible lake. Host was very responsive to questions and thankfully was not needed for any issues. Overall great experience.»

«Cute place, but the communication with the host was horrible. I asked about late check out and it took her over 24 hours to reply. Then when checking in, the code did not work. Tried calling her multiple times, and it just went to voicemail. Thankfully eventually we did get in but not with her help at all. 5 hours later, at 10 pm she replied. Like I said, the place was super cute, but the communication just seals it for me, I will not book again.»
