«We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking.There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them.The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting ...

«Nice, welcoming, and clean place! About a 3 minute walk to beautiful views of Manhattan island across the Hudson river, and 20 minute bus ride to Times Square (views from there are beautiful as well). Host is also very friendly and communicative :) »

«Excellent assistance from the host in helping us to understand local parking ordinances and helping us successfully navigate traffic nuances in the area. Furniture was comfortable and the living space was very clean. Excellent restaurants and delis within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again if the situation warrants it.»
