«There is no checkin reception & you need to self checkin with a code which i was never informed, The room service was pathetic & they informed its only available from 10 am - 6 pm & was not provided the basic water service in the room, the wifi was the poorest i have ever seen, after requesting for improving it there was no response & i requested to get the router placed in the room which never happened. »

«I can honestly say this has been the best place to stay at ever ! So myself my wife and our 3 kids stayed at this beautifully presented, so clean, villa for 7 days and we all loved it so much. Modern decor and furniture, comfortable sofas and beds, spacious and just great vibes all round. The pool is great. Kept clean by the pool cleaners regularly, the kids loved it. The host is responsive and helpful. The manager also efficient and helpful. Absolutely no complaints. Great vibes. Thank you.»

«On arrival, we were put into the wrong apartment for the first night. We then changed to the apartment that had been advertised. It wasn’t as clean as we are used to especially in Dubai; the floor and sofa was stained and the glass on the balcony was filthy. My biggest concern was that we didn’t have gas throughout the trip so if we did wasn’t to cook, it would have been difficult. There was no kettle either so we could not boil water. This was resolved with a kettle being supplied to us but ...

The First Collection Business Bay, Dubai, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

10/10 Utmerket

Obrigada"

8/10 Bra

"We tested Ciel for one night while in Dubai too see how it was. We came early for morning session at sky pool before checking in. They also gave us the room earlier so that was nice. We booked for high floor with lounge. Room had a great sea view, was clean and comfortable, but other than that nothing special. I like too keep a small light during night in the bathroom that was not possible. It was to much light or nothing. Lounge was super nice, we had breakfast, afternoon tea and drinks and snacks there. Very friendly and welcoming staff, great service and good food. Best part off the stay. We also tried tattu sky pool, it was very small, felt like the same size as some bathtubs, and be aware off that its cost extra even if you are staying, its not part off the hotel, you must book in advance. Would not say it was worth the money. (Try Zeta at Adress beach instead.) The normal hotel pool at 11. floor was small and quite nice, but very little sun came through during the day. We had dinner at Tattu, nothing wrong with it, but we had better Chinese food elsewhere ( Try Hutong instead) "
