«The property is just as advertised. The house is comfortable and clean. Location superb with the Abajos in the distance (in full fall colors) and on the golf course with dozens of deer and turkeys to watch The deer loved the apples off the tree in the backyard. We loved it and will be back.»

«Beautiful house, fantastic location and very responsive host! My husband, myself and our 24 year old daughter were visiting the Cortez area, mostly to see Mesa Verde. I thought we'd just stay one or two nights in the area, but once I found this property, we booked 5 nights! The hiking out the back gate is amazing (just go early if you're there in the summer - that sun is intense) and the drive to Mesa Verde is short.
