«The house was wonderful - clean, spacious and well equipped. All as described. The location is great too - a short walk downhill into town and there is a local Spar just around the corner.Parking is a real bonus. «It’s in a good location but the road that runs along side it, is a bit noisy. When the cars are quiet, you can hear the waves which is nice. It’s in a good location as Portland has some lovely, slightly challenging walks but it’s also a good position to drive to many other lovely locations. Water sports nearby, we didn’t use the facilities but they looked great. Parking was slightly tricky but managed to get a space with a bit of patience!»

«Very well furnished and laid out property. Definitely will appeal to someone to get away from it all even a strong phone signal and the gps can't even find the street! But peace and quiet with the lovely aroma of the gardens with fresh cut flowers in every room made it all worth the drive. The only noise you will hear are the sheep and cows in the fields and the very rare passing of a tractor or one of the neighbors in their car. «We had a lovely family Xmas break. Steven and Timo were great hosts and v accommodating to our requests. The cottage was decorated so beautifully for Xmas with log fires burning on arrival. The facilities were ideal for a large group. We all thoroughly enjoyed the cottage and surrounding walks. »

«A group of us stayed for a weekend around a wedding. Excellent communication from booking onwards. A couple of tiny niggles were sorted straight away Everything was clean and we all had enough room (not your typical holiday let without enough room to open a suitcase)»

«The cabin is gorgeous and has a fun layout. The kitchen was very well equipped. Timo was an amazing host - he called as soon as I made our last-minute booking to confirm everything and to see if I needed anything. The cabin is in a stunning location, and we took many walks with our dog in the woods. The hot tub is permanently on, which was such a treat, and the sauna and plunge pool were an amazing experience on our -1 New Years Eve!»
