«Great location for a homebase to sleep and rest up before heading out to hikes, shopping or restaurants. Mary was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Be advised it is on the main road through Sedona, but it is quiet at night. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom has a nice double sink and large shower. Washer and dryer in the unit.»

«The property was close to the attractions we were in the area to see. The property was easy to find thanks to owner's directions. Area was quiet and we had no concerns for our safety. Very nice view from the balcony with good seating. We are very satisfied with the property and will stay there again when we return to the area.»

«Honestly, this is such a great place! Beyond clean- absolutely spotless! The best description I can give is calming and peaceful. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful views just sitting on the sofa or back yard around the fire bowl. So close to everything but feels like your in the middle of no where!»

We enjoyed the hot tub every morning which was a real bonus. The studio was cozy and the bed was very comfortable. «The lodge was in a great location. Very cute. Great hot shower with plenty of pressure. Bed was a little uncomfortable because it’s so bouncy. The only real complaint was that we had to move the bed to plug in my husband’s sleep machine and it was so dirty. Even had a pill someone had dropped then we moved the dresser and the same thing large dust bunnies. Also it’s a 50 dollar cleaning charge and then it’s an envelope for a tip for housekeeping too. We always leave a place clean and trash taken ...

«The Vista Studio was just perfect! Location is great, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The bed is very comfortable and the room was so quiet and peaceful! It was spotless upon our arrival. The hosts provided bottled water and a nice selection of coffee and tea. Lovely artwork, complimented the furnishings! Peaceful spot and comfortable bed. Nice couch, small work desk, and table in backyard with chairs ad cushions. Would definitely rent again. Easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and trails.»

«The space was very clean and modern. It had everything we needed, including a full kitchen. I don’t remember seeing the kitchen in the listing, so I was pleasantly surprised to find one. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our family to spread out. The owners we are also very communicative during our stay and provided detailed instructions prior to our arrival.»

«We tried for early check in but it was unavailable. Once checked in the unit was clean except the upstairs was musty smelling. The air conditioning systems was multiple split units which worked but we had to turn on an overall unit fan for them to work properly. The hot tub had a lose headrest. The restaurant closes early and for a very few tables had extremely slow service. Took 40 minutes to get our drinks. Overall I wouldn’t go back the stay for the price doesn’t align. »
