«You must stay here! I thought the ad was too good to be true because there were no reviews when I booked it as new listing. The unit is exactly as pictured. This is a 2020 gated neighborhood. The townhouse has tons of space (over 1300 sq ft) and feels like home with tile flooring and 10ft ceilings. The screened porch is huge with a 2nd floor golf course view and morning sun until noon. «We stayed here related to work for hurricane Milton.
This is a lovely home with everything you need.
The property manager answered the phone anytime I had a question. And was very polite. Communication with the homeowner was very easy thru email.
The neighborhood is so quiet. Every evening when we came in we would take a walk around the entire neighborhood for exercise. Every one we passed would wave back at us or say hello.
It’s minutes away from Publix and WalMart and the downtown lake ...
