«We had a family reunion with 21 people in the house much of the time (only 12 overnight visitors). It was roomy and we made use of the game room, fireplace, and barbecue. It was a perfect setting for this event.My only suggestion is to have a diagram of the placement of bedrooms on the lower level so that people can anticipate who would share bathrooms, who would have the room with access to the hot tub, etc.»

«We stayed for our honeymoon and honestly could not have been happier with the whole experience. The house is so cozy and comfortable. Waking up to the bay views was really great. Nicks cove and the Marshall store are both awesome places for food and drink and such a close drive. The cell service is non existent which was awesome just know to be prepared before you leave the house with directions to where you want to go.
