«We arrived the apartment a very hot summers day in Florence. Upon arrival the door to the apartment was wide open and the AC was off. The apartment and especially the attic was blazingly hot! We turned on the AC and discovered that the AC didn't work properly and that the apartment couldn't cool down properly. When going to bed we found ants between the bedsheets, which was quite disgusting! Numa's customer service didn't provide us with any assistance nor discount for the stay. The ...

«I fell in LOVE with this hotel. It was such a surprising find, and felt like a new style of hospitality. Beautiful decor, thoughtful details in the room that make it so comfortable for you as a traveller, and one of the most beautiful, laid-back hotel lobby bars. I was a big fan of the "honesty bar," and the great in-room amenities and brand of shampoo and body wash. The location is perfect - I'll go back again and always pick this place. »

«Vacation for a family of 5. The apartment was nice. The only downside was poor communication. I contacted them per their instructions a week before our arrival with our information and was told we could drop our luggage early. When we arrived in Florence, I sent a message via Whatsapp 30 minutes before getting to the apt. (per their instructions), but never heard back. Arrived at the apt. and sent another message with no response, so found a storage facility, dragged our luggage there, paid 33 ...
