«Very nice house. Fantastic backyard. The firepit seating, the lights, the bbq, the patio heater all awesome. Kids loved the game room it was fantastic. Massive garage to park and store toys in. Large driveway for at least 4-5 cars. 5 min from MET, 3 min from Safeway. Pond down the street was FANTASTIC trout fishing. Kids caught over 20 fish in about 90min. We visited Sutter's Fort, Sutter's Mill, The Capital, RR Museum, Gold Bug Mine & downtown Placerville. The house was perfect for the families with kids that ranged from 1.5 to 16y.
