✔ Upstairs in this bungalow-style home tends to be colder in the winter and warmer in the summer. We have provided an electric fireplace for the winter and a portable air conditioning unit for the summer months.
✔ There is only one bathroom to accommodate our guests.
✔ The intimate size of the kitchen only allows for a bistro table with seating for 2!
✔ The home heats up quickly but has a few cold spots. The electric fireplaces seem to assist with distributing the heat.

Taxis and ride-sharing services are also readily available for those who prefer a more private mode of transportation. Whether you`re in town for business or pleasure, our property is the perfect location for your next adventure!

✓All forms of smoking are strictly forbidden within the home, encompassing vaping, cigarettes, marijuana, cigars, and any other drugs.

✓No parties allowed (including gatherings)- Violators of this policy will be promptly evicted from the premises without receiving a refund.

✓No pets allowed - Violations of this policy will incur an additional cleaning fee.

✓It is mandatory to include all guests in the initial booking. An additional fee per person per night will be applied for extra guests.

✓New-profile guests without reviews will undergo manual review, screening, and questioning before their reservation can be confirmed.

✓Kindly be advised that we do not permit instant bookings for profiles with ratings below 4 stars. In the event that a reservation is inadvertently confirmed, it may be subject to cancellation.

✓We kindly request that you treat our residence with the utmost respect, as it is our home and not a hotel. Should any issues occur during your stay, rest assured that we will strive to address them as promptly as possible.
✔This is a NON-PARTY or any events home of any kind (including prom events).

✔Quiet time hours between 10 PM and 7 AM.

✔Our home is equipped with exterior cameras that record to the cloud 24/7. If they are tampered with in any way during your reservation your booking may be immediately canceled with no refund given on the booking amount or the security deposit.

✔There is a smart device inside the home that records noise decibel levels. It does NOT record audio or video. If they are tampered with in any way during your reservation your booking may be immediately canceled with no refund given on the booking amount or the security deposit.

✔Guest`s account must have a verified direct phone number on their profile which will be checked prior to reservation. If the host cannot directly contact guests on the phone number listed on their profile, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation prior to its beginning.

✔No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana, cigars, vaping, or drugs of any kind).

✔ An additional fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or if any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property.

✔The maximum occupancy on this property is 6 people. Any additional guests that arrive without permission will be vacated off the property for trespassing. All guests must be declared on the reservation. Any unregistered guests will be an additional fee per person.

✔Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check-out procedures prior to departure.

✔A late check-out fee will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after 10 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations.

✔Do not flush paper towel or flushable wipes in the toilet. This will cause the basement to flood. In the event this occurs, the guest will be responsible for services to fix.

✔Pets of any kind are not allowed in the home or evidence on the property. If evidence occur, there will be an additional cleaning fee applied.

✔Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.
