"We had a great stay and were very impressed with the service. The reception staff were incredibly helpful with everything—from exchanging money and arranging luggage delivery from Tokyo to booking taxis.
A big highlight was the complimentary beer for adults and free ice cream for the kids for a few hours each day—such a nice touch. We also appreciated being able to bring takeaway food into the hotel’s common area and enjoy it there along with the free drinks and ice cream.
The onsen connected to the hotel was relaxing and a great experience. The room was a bit small—we had a triple room for four people—but the beds were very comfortable.
The rooftop terrace was a nice bonus, and the location was very convenient, with many good restaurants nearby. It’s within walking distance to Shinsekai, and about a 25-minute walk to Dotonbori"
