Located just one block from Harvard Gulch Park, two blocks from the lively South Broadway (SoBo) corridor, and a mile from Platt Park, our neighborhood offers a peaceful setting with a high walk score of 86-most errands can be accomplished on foot. Whether you are strolling through quiet streets or exploring nearby cafes and boutiques, you will enjoy the blend of tranquility and city vibrancy.

Your guest retreat is a fully finished basement suite, thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy. The modern kitchenette features a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and all the essentials you need to prepare a quick breakfast or a cozy evening snack. Unwind in the inviting living area, where a plush sofa and soft lighting create the perfect atmosphere for movie nights, reading, or playing board games. Two cozy bedrooms ensure restful nights, while the contemporary bathroom boasts premium fixtures for a touch of luxury during your stay.

Named in honor of the host’s granddaughter, The Olivia Suite has its own private entrance with an electronic keypad lock and a fenced backyard, ideal for relaxing outdoors in Denver's beautiful weather.

We strive to ensure our guests have a comfortable stay and offer the privacy we appreciate when traveling ourselves. We live on the main level with our cat, giving you space and quiet in the guest suite. While we're out of sight, we're quick to respond if you need anything please don't hesitate to ask. After living in Denver for nine years, were happy to share recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, parks, or any local gems you'd like to discover.

For your comfort, our home has central air and heat, which we manage from the main level. If you'd like the temperature adjusted during your stay, simply send us a message. The guest suite also features three large egress windows that can be opened for fresh air, plus fans and extra blankets in each bedroom to ensure your comfort year-round.
This space is perfect for traveling nurses and medical professionals. Our home is conveniently located just 1 mile from Porter Hospital and 1.5 miles from Swedish Hospital. Making your commute easy and stress-free every day.

The Olivia Suite features a spacious unit with the following amenities:

- Tech & Comfort: Roku Smart TV with popular streaming apps, steady high-speed Wi-Fi, central A/C (managed from the main level), desk and office chair, HP All-in-One printer/scanner
- Additional Features: In-unit washer & dryer, three large egress windows for fresh air
- Utilities: Electricity, gas, water/sewer, trash/recycling, Wi-Fi included

Pet Policy: Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior approval and a $300 non-refundable pet fee per stay. Please include details about your pet in your booking request for approval.
Yard maintenance is included (except for pet clean up-we provide supplies, pet trash can, and bags for guests to clean up after their pets).
We offer weekly or biweekly housecleaning for an additional fee—just inquire with your booking request.
