Bait and Switch, beware! I can't even rate the Ramada because they sent me to a different hotel without any explanation. I booked the Ramada based on reviews and the fact that they advertised a buffet (hot) breakfast. I paid in full and told them we would be arriving super late because of our flight. They acknowledged the very late arrival,no problem. When we got to the hotel, the clerk said, "we're going to just walk you over here to the other building . . ." Hmmm, ok.
We walked outside to find that the "other bldg" was actually a diff hotel (Microtel) and, although we could see it from the Ramada parking lot, it was not close. At least 500 yards away with a separate parking lot. Nobody walked us over. Had to put our bags back in our car and drive to it. The clerk there explained that the rooms are first come, and when the hotel gets full, they can send you to a different hotel w/in a 1 mile radius. WHAT?!? She then said "our rooms are better and we have a better breakfast" Definitely not true. I can't imagine that the Ramada was worse but I do know that the room I booked at the Ramada was a suite, and this was a just a small 2 bed room with a breakfast of bagels and cereal. If it wasn't 2 a.m, I would have left and gone somewhere else. Shame on you, Wyndham!
