Made reservations at the motel for a queen bed and refrig and microwave in room, my wife reserved the room a day early as we arrived in Denver early, the night clerk informed my wife to make sure to come down to continue the reservation over to my reservation before 11 am / check out time to keep the room and
Not have to move our belongings to another room, I contacted the front desk morning clerk to switch it over and keep the room as I began to explain to the desk clerk about continuing the reservation she abruptly insinuated that I might be there to rape and or kill my wife, who made the early reservation the day before mine on top of that the room was not as described. It was a single bed. Basically, the size of a closet. The room was dirty. The door did not seal. The area is terrible. We were informed by a 30 year veteran of the Denver Police Department that was a high risk area and that there was any indication of a problem to notify her and or the police immediately for our own safety. The staff was horrible. They did not clean the rooms. They did not replace towels and or any other amenities. We had to walk to the front office to even retrieve a new roll of toilet paper and we’re told that we only have one at a time, transit and homeless people camping out in the laundry facilities and the ice machine area, there was no made service. It had to be set by appointment all in all probably the one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a motel 6, no good
