• *Please Note: No smoking, pets, or parties are allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction. We appreciate your courtesy.
• The electrical system is a bit delicate. There are designated outlets for hair dryers, space heaters, and window AC units.
• The stairwell leading to this unit is shared; The back patio is a common area shared by everyone in the building.
• Cameras and Noiseaware - Motion-activated cameras outside: This property is equipped with NoiseAware, a privacy-safe decibel monitor that does not record conversations.
