We`re only 20 minutes from DT Denver, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Ball Arena, Empower Field, Meow Wolf, Boulder, CU Boulder, Sloan’s Lake, and Edgewater Marketplace. Additionally, we`re conveniently located between Denver International Airport and the mountains, making it easy to reach all the ski resorts! Sam’s Club & Costco are also just down the street for all your stocking-up needs. We are minutes from I-70, I-76, & I-25, making it easily accessible for you to explore all of Colorado.

You`ll find 2 clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and soft towels in this home. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, Q-tips, hair ties, and cotton pads for your group`s needs.

You’ll have access to every room and feature in this home. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.
Other things to note
Guests are granted access to ONLY the RIGHT driveway or front off-street parking. The garage is designated for use as a fitness/game room, and parking inside is not permitted.

Absolutely no parties and no loud music after 10pm. This will cause you to lose your deposit if there are any complaints! No exceptions!

Please, make sure there are no cigarettes inside the house or yard.

Trash day is on Thursday mornings. We would appreciate it if you put all trash in the black bin and recyclables in the bin with the blue lid located on the side of the driveway.

Traffic noise may be heard but is easily drowned out by the TV, white noise machines in the bedrooms, and by you having a good time with all of our amenities!

Garage is a shared space. Please do not take games out of the garage unless approval from hosts.

You’ll have access to every room (beside our cleaner’s closet) and feature in this home.

Please be respectful of neighbors and reduce any noise, especially outside, after 10pm. If we get a call from our neighbors or the police regarding noise or disruptive behavior, you may lose your security deposit. Unauthorized parties will result in a $300 fee for additional cleaning.

Please ensure you turn off the propane for fire pit and grill immediately after use.

No early check in or entry or late check out unless prior written approval from the landlord. If these rules are violated then tenant is subject to $300 late or early check in fee.

We have a strict no pet policy so we can keep our place as clean as possible. If a tenant brings an unauthorized pet to the property, they are subject to a $500 fine.

Shoes are allowed inside the home, but please remove them if they are muddy or wet. No shoes on rugs.

By booking this property you are acknowledging that you’ve read and understand the terms of use for the ice bath and gym equipment. It is your responsibility to ensure that every person in the house has read and understands the terms of use of the ice bath. If you plan to use the ice bath, every individual planning to use the ice bath MUST fill out the Ice bath Liability Waiver below.
