Coffee shops are a-plenty in the neighborhood. with Coffee for the People being the closest and offering great breakfast burritos and bagels. Method Collective, On and Off, and Novo are all so close by and are equally as great.
We are also surrounded by the city’s best restaurants which guests have the luxury of traveling to on foot, due to our central location. Duo and Root Down for a fresh, farm-to-table dinner, Linger for eclectic tapas, Avante for an assortment of food hall-style meals, Ohana for excellent fresh poke, Rush bowls for a quick acai morning bowl, etc. Many more options can be found on our Insta account page where we have local food recommendations from our favorite Denver foodies.
Vacation Libations anyone?
Zuni Street Brewery is just next door and is a very popular spot for locally brewed beers, plus they have live music in the summer! Recess, Avanti, Lady Jane, and Forest Room 5 are also great places for vacation libations.
Traveling with kids?
Perfect! There are many kid-friendly activities nearby! Approx 15-20 minutes away is the Denver Museum of Nature and Science which boasts epic, educational galleries and an IMAX theatre, and right next door is the Denver Zoo!

There are many located rooted boutiques in the neighborhood such as Rustic Thread, Strut Boutique, Ruby Jane, and Inspyre.
Music Lover:
Red Rocks Amphitheatre is just 20-30 minutes away and is known to be one of the best outdoor

If you’re into mother nature, you will love running, walking, and biking to the many nearby parks- Sloan’s Lake being the most popular, followed by Highland Park and Jefferson Park.
We are a 20-30 minute drive from the foothills which offers endless options for hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, and more. This is what Colorado is known for and we hope you take advantage of being so close.

Clean, well appointed, and location is central and accessible to everything we wanted to do. Excellent restaurant right on site. great communication regarding check in and throughout stay. Highly recommend
Overall this listing is simple and in a great neighborhood/ area. Its close to everything and the balcony views are awesome ! Would definitely stay here again or their other listings.
Great location and the brewery across the street was a nice place to grab a bite and drink. Easy check-in and check-out with simple directions. Parking wasn’t really an issue as there was plenty of street parking. Lots of natural light and super clean which was awesome!
We loved this apartment in lohi! It was very clean and is exactly how it was advertised. The big windows and balcony were a game changer, and the hosts were very helpful.
The space was good. Plenty of towels. Pretty comfortable bed. Kitchen had just about everything we needed. Only downside was that the couch was extremely uncomfortable
This was our second time staying at this property. It is a great location with fantastic service. Easy check in and check out and property managers are responsive. We walked to many great restaurants, bars and attractions. If we had to drive anywhere, access to a main highway is close by. This is our first choice when we come to Denver.
ended up loving the little neighborhood area and close to the freeway was key in our situation. Very comfortable. Parking ended up not being a big deal for us.
The apartment was located in a very nice neighborhood with a brewery across the street and many cafes and restaurants nearby. From other reviews we were worry that the parking was going to be hard but that was not the case, we always found parking around the corner with not problem. The apartment was very nice, lots of windows, bright light, a well equipped kitchen, nice decorated and with everything that you could need, including washer and dryer. we had a very pleasant experience.
My wife and I stayed for a few days and we couldn’t be happy with this place. It’s perfectly situated just outside of downtown with a lot of cool restaurants around the condo. This place is also located perfectly for the sports enthusiast as it’s close by all the main attractions. The host is very attentive and responsive. I’ll definitely be back
Apartment was very nice and comfortable. Enjoyed the grill on the rooftop with the view of the mountains. Only downfall is there is no parking provided even though the attached parking garage was half full. Wish they included parking space with rental, as nearby street parking was very difficult to find.
The stay in apartment 310 met and exceeded my expectations. The kitchen amenities need to be addressed as there were missing glasses, mugs, utensils. This should be inventoried and replaced after each guests departure. I know things break and there are accidents, but the amenities should not change due to this. Overall a great experience.
Liked the condo very much. Very clean very well appointed. Enjoyed being up and seeing the view. Kitchen was good.
Sofa needs to be replaced. It’s tired.
Add dimmers to the lights that don’t have them. Very convenient to have washer and dryer. I love the Istanbul bakery up the street. Could hear the music at night but it was over at 10.
Loved this apartment for the location, convenience, cleanliness, and the view. The communication isn’t too smooth because it’s a big company called Effortless Stay that manages it, but when there were internet issues they were on top of it. It took some time to get the internet back but they were nice. Before renting it I asked about the rooftop events and I didn’t get any response.
Other than that this place had everything we wanted.

Only small complaints
Let me premise saying I would 100% stay here again, so any complaints are small. There were small inconveniences that lowered my rating. A great location and easy to get to anything, but parking was exclusively street parking and very luck-of-the-draw if you found a spot. The unit was not cleaned as thoroughly as it should have been (leftover trash/items from previous tenants). And we did have some issues with our door code not working originally and the WiFi being down for a day. Loved the view of the city off the balcony and the coffee shop across the street!
We visit Denver fairly regularly to see family. This is my favorite place to stay from now on. The apartment was pristine, kitchen very well equipped and the bed was comfortable!!!a it’s the first time I’ve ever rented from a business rather than an individual. It has its perks.the management was quick to respond to all questions. I felt very safe in the building. The neighborhood where the building is located is packed full of little interesting bars , bakeries and a variety of good restaurants
The only thing I wished was listed on the description of the rental was that there is no parking. You how to first figure out what streets you’re allowed to park on overnight and then just try to find one ! We were there over the weekend and found it time consuming and a little stressful trying to find a parking place. We ended up finding one three blocks away.
