The small and newly renovated holiday apartment PlayaSol is located on the ground floor in a well maintained and enclosed condominium called "Playa del Sol" with garden and community pool, with direct access to the sandy beach of Las Marinas km 1. The small, fenced terrace of the apartment, offers direct access to the community pool and from there directly to the sandy beach of Denia. An ideal holiday accommodation for a couple or 2 adults and two children and for those who don't wish to move the car around too much. The center of Denia, the harbor, the nearest supermarket and different shops are located at a distance of about 10 minutes walking and the bus stop is about 5 minutes away. A small but beautiful holiday home which is special due to its ideal location directly on the beach.
