«Bedding, towels and linen are high quality. Kitchen is fully equipped with coffee, teabags, sugar and a litre of whole milk on arrival. Parking includes a single car garage and parking spaces outside. Great view of Mount Wellington and Hobart from the upstairs living room and deck. Short drive to Eastlands mall and restaurants in Bellerive. Both are within walking distance. Emily and team were in regular contact with emails in case we needed anything. "Location is good. Close to all your Hobart experiences. My room was really noisy, I heard the music from reception and every time someone walked the hallway. If you stay there, ask for a room further away from reception and back of hallway. It's stairs all over so not suitable if you're not good with steps and stairs. Breakfast is poor, but breakfast staff is really friendly and helpful. Toilet paper holder kept falling down from the wall, and shower handle does not fit the holder on the wall. But maybe that's expected in an old building. If u was GM herre i would stay one night in each room myself to see what's need to be maintained."
