«We booked this hotel last minute as the hotel we initially booked did not meet our expectations, and it was the best decision to choose this hotel. The hospitality was outstanding from the moment we arrived, down to our departure. The staff were helpful and friendly - we enjoyed casual chats and recommendations for sightseeing. The hotel was spotless clean - lobby, room, spa, bar and restaurant. The room was well equipped. The functionality of the room was clearly designed with guests’ comfort ...

«Hotellet var rent og stille. Personalet var hyggelige og behjelpelige med alt. Bassenget var deilig og avslappende.»

«We took a 2 day 1 night cruise with Stellar of the Seas. The crew and service were outstanding. Boo and Tin were very attentive. They made our trip even more memorable. We had a great time aboard the cruise. And the bonus point is they have shuttle to pick you up and drop you off in Hanoi, which makes thing a lot easier. You can start relaxing the moment you hop on the shuttle. We will be back again.»

«Had a really lovely stay here! The gym and pool were great and the hotel was clean and comfortable. A special shoutout to Layla at reception, she was absolutely wonderful! So friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful. She really made us feel looked after and made the stay even better. Would definitely come back!»

«Our stay at La Siesta Lakeside Hanoi was perfection. The location right by Hoan Kiem Lake is ideal, the room was amazing, and the food was great. We stayed during Halloween and loved their attention to detail—the staff dressed up, served a special spooky menu, and offered complimentary face painting. Above all, the staff are hands down the kindest and most attentive we have ever encountered anywhere.»

«Fint hotell med god standard, fin beliggenhet og veldig hyggelige ansatte »

«Su Casa is a great apartment properry in Hanoi. It has a great location, very attentive staff, clean, spacious rooms, fast WiFI, and a nice roofdeck lounging area. Our 2 BR 3rd floor aprtment had a wonderful floor to ceiling wondow overlooking the Old Quarter and a great kitchen area for making small meals. We had a minor issues with checkinf in but Su Casa has a a "hot line" that easily solved our problem. We shy away from staying at larhe cjaom jotels when we travel and prefer local properties ...

«Nice and modern hotel with a perfect location in Hanoi. Walking distance to old quarter and several sights. Simple breakfast, but with many options just outside, such as banh mi. »

«The staff is very helpfull with every thing , excellent service minded. The room is nice and clean. The location is nearby to all the places worth to be see in Hanoi.»

«The view was extremely nice ocean front very friendly stuff»

«This is one of those places that makes you feel you get more than what you paid for. Not perfect, but very charming. »

«バスタブがない 水圧が弱い 朝食が毎日ほぼ同じ»

«God service angående hjelp til turistattraksjoner. Svømmebassenget var skittent, og jeg tråkket på en metallbit som lå på bunnen av bassenget. Spa-bassenget så så uappetittlig ut at hverken jeg eller noen i følget mitt ønsket å benytte det. »

«Für eine Nacht nach einem langen Flug einfach super!»
