«The hotel is modern with clean spacious rooms and bathrooms. It is in a quiet location. The staff are extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.»

«Veldig bra!»

«Hotellet var rent og stille. Personalet var hyggelige og behjelpelige med alt. Bassenget var deilig og avslappende.»

«We took a 2 day 1 night cruise with Stellar of the Seas. The crew and service were outstanding. Boo and Tin were very attentive. They made our trip even more memorable. We had a great time aboard the cruise. And the bonus point is they have shuttle to pick you up and drop you off in Hanoi, which makes thing a lot easier. You can start relaxing the moment you hop on the shuttle. We will be back again.»

«Our stay at La Siesta Lakeside Hanoi was perfection. The location right by Hoan Kiem Lake is ideal, the room was amazing, and the food was great. We stayed during Halloween and loved their attention to detail—the staff dressed up, served a special spooky menu, and offered complimentary face painting. Above all, the staff are hands down the kindest and most attentive we have ever encountered anywhere.»

«This is one of those places that makes you feel you get more than what you paid for. Not perfect, but very charming. »

«Had a really lovely stay here! The gym and pool were great and the hotel was clean and comfortable. A special shoutout to Layla at reception, she was absolutely wonderful! So friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful. She really made us feel looked after and made the stay even better. Would definitely come back!»

«Had a wonderful stay at The Ann Hotel. Loved the space in my room, it was clean and almost perfume-free sheets and towels. I did not have the time to visit the pool, but it looked good. The people at the reception was friendly and helpful, and the area was quite. Although it was a 25-30 minute walk from the most busy streets and Hoan Kiem, I think the location was perfect for me. The breakfast was also good :) I had a late check-out for free, and also had my dry cleaning done. Everything ...
