«The property was not what I initially expected, but in a good way. Its not a hotel. these are individual "suites" that open up to the back deck, or to the front. The suites are quite large, which was very nice for my family. Huge bathroom, and a large comfortable foldout couch. Window fans are provided, which enabled us to enjoy the cool fresh air from Stonington! The back deck is huge, tons of room to relax and take in the harbor. «This property has no place to put things, very minimal kitchen equipment, no lamps, no comfy chair, no TV instructions, no bedding for extra beds. Very clean but challenging to actually stay there. Outside box with key very difficult to access, broke two nails trying.»

«It was a modest, but extremely comfortable and workable set up. My wife and I have two dogs, and this worked out very well. There is a hard floor with rugs, which made cleaning very easy. The only downside of the apartment is the slightly uncomfortable entrance, involving an outside door, opening immediately to a staircase on the one hand, and an (our) apartment door to the left. «We loved our stay here! What I loved most was the common area with the large sectional and seating area. Plenty of space for the 5 of us to spread out! We used the kitchen for all meals and it was adequately stocked with everything we needed for cookware and utensils. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. The location is great, a quiet neighborhood and easy drive to the harbor. The only thing I would suggest to make it a better stay is more towels and adequate bedding for the pullout ...
