«Not for large groups- 5/6 people at max! They said they could accommodate 11 but it was a horrible stay. Not enough beds, blankets or towels. Dining room & living room are tiny! Family had to use kitchen towels to dry. The front house is small and is a trailer. Reminded me of my high school classroom. «This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California.
