We were even able to arrange a late check out while they finished up work at our house. The neighborhood was lovely, we did a lot of walking through the harbor and the beach was beautiful. «Good location, clean space. The room is very small, “studio” alluded to at least a little living space but this is a small bedroom. There is only a few feet around the bed in the room. I called to request early checkin & was told they would text me hourly before 4 pm to let me know if the room was ready. They never let me know and then when we left the cleaners arrived before our 10 am check out. 2 codes required, one is 10 digits long. In my opinion a hotel of comparable cost would provide more ...

«Great location! We walked out to the beach and pier several times each day. Home is spacious and in good condition, online photos and descriptions are accurate. The home is a little noisy as the stairways are open - on the first floor we could hear folks talking on the third due to open stairways. Rooftop balcony is great for picnics and enjoying the view. Would definitely stay again - good value.»

«Excellent place to stay in Pismo Beach. House was clean and met our needs for our vacation. The best part was being able to bring our dog. In the past we’ve stayed at beach hotels on the CA coast and you can’t leave your dog in the room. With this place we were able to bring our dog along with us for all of our daytime excursions and we were able to enjoy a nice dinner at a restaurant in the evening leaving our well-behaved dog at the house. Great vacation!»

«The apartments are the best thing about the stay. We only stayed one night and the 4pm check in and 10am checkout made this spot hard to like. No bag drop or consideration made. Tiffany was pleasant the other staff working desk was had a very unpleasant time dealing with. Quite time (10pm-8am told by staff and 10pm-7am posted in the room) also limits the ability to fully enjoy the patio or jacuzzi. Bed and towels leave a lot to be desired. »
