«The property is a duplex. This property was fine last year but we tried to rent the other side of the duplex this year and had to cancel after arriving because one of the 2 bedrooms had the entire floor removed. There was a pile of moldy rotten wood and trash bags next to the front door upon arrival and active construction in one of the bedrooms. «The house is nice and clean. The host is very good at responding in a timely manner. The only reason for giving less stars is because the AC wasn't working and with Bakersfield heat it is essential. The host let me know the day of our trip and he did try to get it fixed during our stay but it's something that should have been looked into before hand.»

«The house is beautiful and all ammenties were great . If you have big vehicles and not tiny cars -‘parking is an issue. We were concerned about parking on street and on side street - but had problems with our vehicles there . A disappointment to us is no TVs in bedrooms .
