«Tiny house located pretty close to COTA, stayed here for a brief 2 day vacation. Very clean on the inside and out. Only reason I didn't give it a five stars was the upper bed is basically useless with how hot it gets up there by the skylight right now during the summer. Attempted to sleep up there by plugging in the provided fan but said fan would cause vibrations/echo up through the house, also tried turning down the a/c, leaving then coming back and upstairs was still very warm. «We had a great stay this weekend! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish; they were very responsive, attentive, and made everything super easy for us.We had no issues at all during our stay, which made the experience even better. «This is a new house in a new neighborhood. The house has amazing interiors, perfect for a group of 8-10 people looking for nice place to stay in a peaceful neighborhood. There is a big walking trail right next to the house to walk around. My friends told me the beds and the house were very comfortable. Overall, an excellent stay.»

The area feels a bit isolated, and we couldn’t find any major grocery stores nearby.
