«Sandy Shoes was perfect for my husband and I. We loved the view from the patio and the beach area. The host answered all our questions and took care of our golf cart rental. She was professional, polite, and prompt.The house is perfect for couples or a family of four. It was very clean and neat. «House and Host were great. Everyone on the island was friendly and polite. My only complaint is that restaurants and bars have awful hours. Closed Sundays and Monday's and through the week they’re only open for lunch. Never got to experience the Sandbar to eat and for happy hour 5-7 as referenced on their menu. Wreckers and Shipyard food was great, however extremely expensive.»

«The cottage is small and the one bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom, overall it was as described. The gas range worked great and has an excellent location, we used this as a supplement to the main house for our large group. «I have just returned from Jack’s Island House with 10 college friends celebrating our 60th birthdays. The house was perfect for us! «Jack, the host, is very welcoming and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay near Georgetown. Very nice to have kayaks and beach stuff to enjoy the beautiful beaches on this island. 4 adults and 2 teens stayed comfortably. They provide a robe so you can enjoy the outdoor shower. Grocery is about 15 min away but I do recommend having Kay get groceries before you arrive. Helps to have some food before you go into town.
