«Great communication. Was able to check in early without a fee. The nice lady I spoke with called me and met me at the room to give me a key. It was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. AC and ceiling fans worked well along with the tv (which is all set up with netflix account to use). Felt safe with cameras on building and walkable. I would absolutely stay again.»

«The property is pretty basic and laid back for what we needed. We stayed in the Garden View 1BR villa. It was clean, the AC and internet worked good, and less than a minute walk to pool and beach. The restaurant is ok, but out of food a lot and slow. Important for us: • Clean and cool • Comfortable bed • Very lose to beach • Plenty of kayaks. OK snorkeling by the reef rocks. • 5 minute drive to Georgetown: Food, drinks, shopping, water taxi •»

«Decent hotel by US standards. By Bahamas standards probably good. Pretty good rooms and outdoor pools. That being said, the restaurants (except the restaurant at the Casino) was more or less closed during our stay, which was a bummer although the Casino food was enjoyable. If you want a entry level way of visiting Bahamas, this is a good start, yet be aware that this by no means can be considered a luxurious place to stay. »

«The property is stunning, beautiful. The beach is the most beautiful one I have ever seen. However food and drinks at this particular hotel are overpriced. Other properties located at the same beach had about $10 below for same drinks and same food. This hotel is definitely overpriced. Also worth noting, at Harbor island they include mandatory tip (18-20%), and a different kind of tax that is 10% on top of that, so the bill comes out much higher than expected. «Our room was very clean with a lovely view towards the sea. We really enjoyed the Moonshine Bar where the food and drink was spot on and we enjoyed watching the sea and walking on the shore. There are hammocks and a few loungers available also. The main building is comfortable and nicely set out. it was super quiet when we were there which was lovely, the only downside being the bar and food service stopped at 6.30m which is very early. »

«We love love love staying at Grand Isle. We jsut completed our second year in a row. The beach is stunning. The pool is right there. Everyone is so nice. We love the bars and hanging by the pool. Jumping back and forth between pool and beach is seamless. The staff is fantastic. We LOVE the Exumas and highly recommend.
